Product Description

Yale XTC-16 Climbing Rope – 1/2" 16-Strand Professional Arborist Line

The Yale XTC-16 Climbing Rope was designed specifically for the demanding needs of professional arborists. This 1/2" 16-strand climbing line features a tight polyester cover braid over a high-twist, torque-balanced polyester core, keeping the rope firm, round, and stable under load.

Engineered for smooth handling and long service life, XTC-16 offers exceptional abrasion resistance, excellent energy absorption, and a no-snag construction that runs cleanly through blocks and cammed climbing devices. It meets CE0598 EN1891 Type B standards.

Pro Tip: XTC-16 features one of the tightest cover braids in the industry, helping it resist snagging while running smoothly through mechanical devices and friction hitches.
