Cartec Grade 100 Eye Foundry Hooks – Wide Throat Lifting Hooks
Cartec Grade 100 Eye Foundry Hooks are heavy-duty lifting hooks made from high-strength alloy steel, designed for overhead lifting applications. Unlike standard chain hooks, foundry hooks feature a wide throat opening, allowing them to accommodate large or irregularly shaped loads. However, they do not include a safety latch, making them best suited for applications where quick attachment and release are needed. As an eye-type hook, they can be connected using a coupling link, making them compatible with chain slings, synthetic slings, and wire rope slings. Available in multiple sizes, these hooks offer working load limits (WLL) ranging from 3,000 lbs to 90,400 lbs, making them a versatile option for industrial lifting needs.
