At Lifting.com, we strive to provide you with top-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes returns or cancellations are necessary, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Returns

  • Prior Approval Required: All returns and exchanges require prior approval.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Fabricated, cut-to-length, or special-order items cannot be returned.
  • Return Window: Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return Options for Eligible Items

For approved, returnable products, you may choose one of the following:

  • Refund to the original payment method — subject to a restocking fee of up to 35%.
  • Store creditno restocking fee will apply on standard Lifting.com returns. Store credit never expires and may be used toward any product on Lifting.com.

Important: Some non-stock or factory-direct items must be returned to the manufacturer. In these cases, manufacturer-imposed restocking fees will still apply regardless of the refund method selected. These fees vary by manufacturer and cannot be waived.

  • Receiving Claims: Any discrepancies or issues with your order must be reported within five (5) days of receipt.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect item shipped).
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase, or as store credit if preferred. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card, account, or payment method. For example, a credit card purchase must be refunded to that same credit card.

Cancellations

  • Act Quickly: To cancel an order, contact our Customer Service Department at 800-442-7454 as soon as possible.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once fabrication has begun or the product has shipped.
  • Cancellation Fee: Canceled orders may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25%, payable by credit card at the time of cancellation.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Online Orders: Email us at returns@lifting.com, or log into your account and request a return on one of your previous orders. Please note: Online purchases cannot be returned in our physical store locations.
  • In-Store Purchases: For items purchased directly at a branch, please contact your local branch. View Locations
