CM Carbon Web Sling Shackles – Reliable Performance for Web Sling Applications
CM Carbon Web Sling Shackles are designed for use with synthetic web slings ranging from 2 to 6 inches in width, providing a secure and efficient connection to lifting hardware. Manufactured from heat-treated carbon steel with an alloy steel pin, these shackles offer a 4:1 design factor and working load limits from 8,000 to 23,500 lbs. A zinc-plated lynch pin secures the shackle pin in place, with optional cotter or hairpin configurations available upon request. Hot-dip galvanized for enhanced durability, these shackles ensure long-lasting performance in demanding environments. To achieve the full working load limit, loads should be evenly distributed across the pin—point loading must be avoided.
