Crosby G-209R ROV Subsea Shackles – High Visibility & Offshore Durability
The Crosby G-209R ROV Subsea Shackles are designed for remotely operated vehicle (ROV) applications, offering high visibility and durability in offshore environments. Made from forged, quenched, and tempered steel with alloy pins, these shackles provide a 5:1 design factor and a proof load of 2x the Working Load Limit (WLL). Available in capacities from 6.5 to 55 metric tons, each shackle features fatigue rating certification and QUIC-CHECK® deformation and angle indicators for added safety. The galvanized bow is painted fluorescent yellow, ensuring enhanced underwater visibility. Meeting EN 13889 standards, they can be supplied with test and traceable 3.1 certificates upon request. Built to withstand extreme temperatures from -40°F to 392°F, the G-209R shackles are ideal for subsea lifting and ROV-operated installations. Look for the Red Pin®—Crosby’s mark of quality.
