Van Beest G-6315 Jaw & Eye Turnbuckles – Reliable and Versatile Rigging Solutions
The Van Beest G-6315 Jaw & Eye Turnbuckles, also known as Green Pin® EJ Turnbuckles, are designed for lifting and lashing applications, offering secure and adjustable tensioning. Made from drop-forged high-tensile steel (SAE 1035 or 1045) and hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance, they ensure durability in demanding environments. Featuring jaw-to-eye end fittings, the jaws are fitted with a safety bolt for sizes up to 5/8" and a cotter pin for sizes 3/4" and above to prevent accidental unscrewing. Compliant with ASTM F1145-92 (formerly U.S. Federal Specification FF-T-791b), they come in sizes from 3/8" (6" take-up) to 2-3/4" (24" take-up), with a working load limit (WLL) range of 0.54 to 34 tons. Designed with a 5:1 safety factor, these turnbuckles provide exceptional strength and reliability for professional rigging applications.
