The Tuffy CCCH Series combines a rugged hand chain hoist and geared trolley into one compact, low headroom unit—ideal for tight overhead clearances in warehouses, fabrication shops, and industrial facilities. Available in 0.5 to 10 ton capacities, each model features heat-treated alloy load chain, forged hooks with safety latches, overload protection, and precision gearing for smooth lifting. Chain sizes range from 6 mm to 10 mm, with 1 to 4 strands depending on capacity, and unit weights from 47 to 312 lbs (without chain). Adjustable trolleys fit a variety of I-beam sizes, and all models meet ASME B30.16 and B30.11 standards. With a standard 10 ft lift and durable steel construction, these close-coupled chain hoists offer safe, efficient lifting performance where space is limited.
