Endless Web Slings
While a viable option, endless web slings are not quite as popular as their counterparts: Eye & Eye Web Slings, or Polyester Round Slings. Generally speaking, most customers lean toward polyester round slings when looking for an endless sling. Still, we have customers that prefer web slings, and in that case, we have a wide selection to choose from. Construction:
- Material: Made from woven synthetic fibers, typically polyester.
- Design: Form a continuous loop that is terminated by sewing.
- Shape: Flat, not round or cicular.
Key Features:
- Versatility: Can be used in multiple hitch configurations including vertical, choker, and basket hitches.
- Strenth: Their endless shape makes them stronger compared to a standard eye and eye sling.
- Ease of Handling: Lightweight and easy to handle, reducing fatigue for the user.
Applications:
- General Lifting: Suitable for lifting various types of loads in construction, manufacturing, shipping, and maintenance.
- Load Securing: Can be used to secure loads during transportation.
- Multiple Hitch Configurations:
- Vertical Hitch: Lifts the load straight up.
- Choker Hitch: Wraps around the load and tightens when lifted.
- Basket Hitch: Forms a cradle for the load, distributing the weight evenly.
