Crosby S-281 Web Sling Shackles – Optimized for Synthetic Slings

The Crosby S-281 Web Sling Shackle is specifically designed for connecting synthetic web and round slings to eyebolts, pad eyes, and lifting lugs while maintaining the same ear spread and pin dimensions as conventional Crosby shackles. This alloy shackle enhances load distribution and meets ASME B30.26 requirements, including ductility, proof load, and temperature performance, while also exceeding standards for fatigue life and impact properties. Each shackle is forged with Crosby’s name, Working Load Limit (WLL), and a Product Identification Code (PIC) for traceability.
