Van Beest Green Pin® Forged Swivels – Eye & Eye and Jaw & Eye
Van Beest Green Pin® Forged Swivels are heavy-duty, drop-forged positioning devices designed strictly for in-line lifting applications. Available in both eye & eye (G-7713) and jaw & eye (G-7723) configurations, they are made from quenched and tempered high-tensile steel with a hot-dip galvanized finish and feature a 5:1 safety factor. These swivels meet U.S. Federal Specification RR-C-271 and are available in sizes from 1/4" to 1-1/2", with working load limits ranging from 0.4 to 20.5 metric tons. They are not designed to rotate under load and must never be side-loaded, heat-treated, modified, or repaired. Only original pins and components should be used, and swivels must be inspected regularly—at least every six months or more frequently in severe conditions—to ensure safe performance.
