Crosby Straightpoint Radiolink Plus: Advanced Wireless Load Monitoring

The Crosby Straightpoint Radiolink Plus is a DNV-GL type-approved wireless tension load cell, designed for both weighing and dynamic load monitoring with capacities ranging from 1 to 500 tons. Built from aerospace-grade aluminum, it offers an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio and features an internally sealed enclosure that provides IP67/NEMA6 environmental protection, even without the battery cover. Powered by four AA batteries, it delivers up to 1,200 hours of continuous operation. The Radiolink Plus transmits data via a proprietary 2.4 GHz wireless system with a range of up to 1,000 meters (3,280 feet) to the SW-HHP handheld display or software options. A Bluetooth version is also available, offering connectivity to smartphones within 100 meters (328 feet). For enhanced safety, it includes a 90 dB audible overload alarm and an overload counter. Additionally, ATEX and IECEx versions are available for use in hazardous environments.
