Crosby G-2169 Wide Body Shackles – Enhanced Strength & Load Distribution

The Crosby G-2169 Wide Body Shackles are built for heavy-duty lifting applications, offering superior load distribution and sling efficiency with a Working Load Limit (WLL) range of 7 to 18 metric tons. Made from forged alloy steel and quenched & tempered for maximum strength, these shackles are available in galvanized (G) or self-colored (S) finishes. With a 5:1 design factor and a proof load of 2x the WLL, they ensure exceptional durability and reliability. They meet or exceed ASME B30.26 requirements, including identification, ductility, proof load, and temperature performance, while also excelling in fatigue life, impact resistance, and material traceability. These shackles can be individually proof tested and magnetic particle inspected upon request, with Crosby certification available at the time of order.
