Crosby S-209T Theatrical Screw Pin Shackles – Low-Visibility, High-Performance
The Crosby S-209T Theatrical Screw Pin Shackles are specially designed for entertainment and stage rigging applications, featuring a flat black baked-on powder coat finish for low visibility. These Grade 6 shackles are forged, quenched, and tempered with alloy pins for superior strength and durability. With a 6:1 design factor and fatigue rating up to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the Working Load Limit (WLL), they meet or exceed ASME B30.26, EN 13889, and Federal Specification RR-C-271H performance requirements. Available in sizes from 3/8" to 3/4" with WLLs from 1 to 4.75 tons, these shackles provide traceability, impact resistance, and optimal performance for secure rigging in theatrical productions and entertainment settings.
