6x26 Impact Swaged Wire Rope – High-Performance Logging & Rigging Cable

Our 6x26 Impact Swaged Wire Rope is an ultra-high-density, compacted cable designed for logging, construction, and heavy-duty rigging applications. Unlike standard swaged wire rope, Impact Swaged cable undergoes a double-compaction process, where individual strands are compacted before closing, then swaged again, creating an even denser and stronger cable. This results in higher breaking strength, greater wear resistance, and improved drum spooling performance. Commonly used for running lines, skylines, and guylines, it is a preferred choice for yarder logging operations and can also be used as a winch (drum) line on skidders and dozers. Featuring a greasy coating for corrosion resistance and reduced friction, it is available in sizes from 1/2" to 1-1/2", with a breaking strength range of 36,800 to 293,000 lbs.
