Snap Links – Quick-Connecting Chain Repair & Attachment Links
Snap Links function similarly to Quick Links, but instead of a screw gate, they feature a spring-loaded gate that snaps shut for fast and easy connections. These low-grade connectors are commonly used for light-duty chain repairs, attaching chains to pad eyes or tie-down points, and various recreational and utility applications. Available in zinc-plated and stainless steel models, they offer corrosion resistance for indoor, outdoor, and marine use. Offered in sizes from 1/8" to 1/2", with working load limits (WLL) ranging from 120 to 1,200 lbs, Snap Links provide a quick and convenient solution for non-critical connections. While they are slightly weaker than Quick Links, their spring-loaded design makes them ideal for applications requiring frequent opening and closing. Not rated for climbing or overhead lifting.
