Lug-All 4000-40 Cable Hoist Puller – 2 Ton, Extended Reach, Single & Double Line Capable
The Lug-All 4000-40 Cable Hoist Puller is an industrial-grade 2-ton hoist designed for heavy-duty lifting applications requiring extended cable length. Featuring single-line and double-line lift capabilities, this model delivers both high capacity and long vertical reach for demanding jobsite environments.
In single-line configuration, the 4000-40 provides a 2,000 lb (1 ton) capacity with an impressive 40 feet of lift. When configured for double-line operation, it delivers a full 4,000 lb (2 ton) capacity with 20 feet of lift. This flexibility makes it ideal for construction, utilities, plant maintenance, and industrial lifting operations.
All Lug-All cable hoists are made in the USA using high-strength 7x19 aircraft cable. The durable aluminum alloy main frame features open construction for easy cleaning and maintenance. In addition to the standard overload-protection handle (designed to bend at 125% to 150% of rated capacity), this model also includes a shear pin between the handle socket and U-frame engineered to break if the hoist becomes overloaded, providing added protection for the user and equipment.
