The 9/16" cat choker is right in the middle in terms of size. It is still suitable for property owners, ranchers, farmers, outdoor enthusiasts or anyone that needs to move larger-than-average downed timber. It is much heavier than a 3/8" choker but only marginally heavier than a 1/2" choker. It is also a size commonly used by logging professionals in the Pacific Northwest. While not the most heavy-duty choker available from us, it's professional-grade in terms of size and performance and will be tough enough for "most" of our customers.
