Product Description
Dixie Orange Alloy Lifting Tongs
Designed for Logs & Poles
Tong shape provides a sure grip on poles and logs, and each tong is painted bright orange for high visibility on the job site. Dixie Industries forges these from round alloy steel for optimum tensile strength and durability. Every tong is proof-loaded to 2× the rated Working Load Limit (WLL) and affixed with a permanent ID tag; written certification is also supplied. Equipped with a lifting ring secured by shackles for safe connection.
Important Note
The tong points are not meant to close completely. A log, pole, or similar material must be between the tips for proper grip. The WLL decreases as the jaw opens wider—always confirm the rating at your working angle.
