Product Description

Suncor US Bolt Type Anchor Shackles – 316-NM Stainless Steel, Oversize Bolt (Made in USA)

The Suncor US Bolt Anchor Shackle is drop forged in the USA from 316-NM stainless steel and features an oversize bolt for maximum strength and secure load retention. Designed for demanding saltwater environments, these shackles provide excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability in marine and industrial applications.

Bolt type anchor shackles are commonly used to connect anchors to chain or anchor swivels where a positive, vibration-resistant connection is required. The bolt, nut, and cotter pin assembly helps prevent unintentional loosening, making these shackles ideal for permanent or semi-permanent installations.

Key Features:

  • Made in the USA from 316-NM stainless steel
  • Drop forged for superior strength and reliability
  • Oversize bolt with nut and cotter pin for secure connections
  • Excellent corrosion resistance for saltwater environments
  • Load rated and marked to the nearest fractional ton
  • DFARS compliant for government and defense sourcing
  • Available in retail and bulk packaging
Pro Tip: Bolt type anchor shackles are recommended for applications subject to vibration or rotation. Always install the nut and cotter pin correctly and ensure the shackle is loaded in-line only.
