Product Description
RUD VRS-F Starpoint Swivel Lifting Eye Bolt – 360° Rotating Bolt-On Lifting Point
The RUD VRS-F Starpoint Swivel Lifting Point is a premium bolt-on lifting eye designed for safe, flexible load handling in industrial lifting applications. Engineered to rotate through 360° and align with the direction of pull, the VRS-F allows loads to be lifted without dangerous side-loading that commonly occurs with traditional DIN 580 eye bolts.
Manufactured from high-strength forged alloy steel and equipped with the innovative RUD ICE bolt (up to M24 sizes), the VRS-F delivers exceptional strength, wear resistance, and performance across a wide temperature range. These lifting points provide significantly higher working load limits than standard eye bolts and are available with both metric and UNC thread options to suit a wide range of machinery, tooling, and fabricated lifting fixtures.
Key Features
- 360° Rotating Lifting Ring: Swivels to align with the direction of load, reducing dangerous side loading.
- Higher WLL Than Standard Eye Bolts: Substantially stronger than DIN 580 eye bolts for safer lifting.
- RUD ICE Bolt Technology: Sizes M6–M24 feature a non-detachable ICE bolt that offers superior bending strength and wear resistance.
- Wide Capacity Range: Working load limits from approximately 0.1 ton up to 20 tons depending on size.
- Metric & UNC Thread Options: Compatible with both metric and imperial threaded holes.
- Variable Bolt Length Options: Available for use in both threaded holes and through-hole applications.
- Star Profile Installation: Installs easily using a dedicated star-profile key for secure tightening and removal.
- Forged Alloy Steel Construction: Built for demanding industrial lifting environments.
