Product Description

For us, railroad spikes are more of a logging tool. They are commonly used by loggers to fasten wire rope to stumps for splicing purposes, or even to help provide tension on a line that is tied off. Other customers too, such as excavation crews, use railroad spikes to hold items in place, such as road plates. The truth is railroad spikes have many uses beyond their intended use, which is to fasten tie plates to timber ties and maintain rail alignment on actual railroad tracks.
