Product Description
Protects the Tree, Preserves Your Rope, and Streamlines Climbing
The Petzl TREESBEE® False Crotch is a professional-grade friction saver designed to improve rope glide and protect the tree during tree care operations. Whether you choose the 90 cm or 110 cm version, this anchor strap is built to reduce abrasion, support smooth rope movement, and handle the demands of arborist work. It's ideal for use with ropes that have spliced terminations—the splice passes easily through the smaller galvanized ring for efficient retrieval from the ground.
Constructed from wide, semi-rigid webbing, the TREESBEE resists twisting and is reinforced on the large ring end with triple-thickness webbing to support easier retrieval. The heavy-duty galvanized steel rings offer excellent durability over time, and the system is strong enough for two-person rescue scenarios. Both lengths are compatible with 30 mm retrieval balls and certified for professional use in accordance with EN and ANSI standards.
