Product Description
If you need basic bump cap protection, you have options. You can opt for a standard bump cap, which is fine. But a cooler, more convenient and even more discrete option is the Create A Cap insert from ERB. This simple plastic shell has just the right amount of padding, and is contoured in a such a way to simply slip inside of your existing ball cap, and create a protective layer for your head. It's ideal for use in areas that do not require certified safety helmets, as it offers protection against lacerations, minor bumps and bruises. Commonly used in industries such as automotive, pest control, food processing and assembly. Ventilation holes promote air circulation to help keep you cool. And at only 0.25 lbs, this simple insert is so light you'll likely forget it's there (unless it's called into action!). Made to fit head sizes 6.75 - 7.75.
- Fits inside standard ball caps
- Lightweight, comfortable to wear
- Ventilated to help keep you cool
- DOES NOT MEET ANSI/ISEA Z89.1
