The 3M™ DBI-SALA® Bosun Chair is a durable suspension seat designed to enhance comfort and stability for workers performing tasks while suspended at height. Constructed with a heavy-duty 15-ply apple plywood board and a robust polyester webbing harness, it provides a strong and supportive platform for extended-duration work. This model features a single zinc-plated steel D-ring for suspension and is ideal for inspection, painting, maintenance, and other vertical access applications.
Engineered for use with personal fall arrest systems and other safety equipment, the DBI-SALA® Bosun Chair meets OSHA 1910.66 and 1926.502 standards for fall protection. Its simple yet rugged design ensures long service life, dependable strength, and consistent comfort even in demanding industrial or construction environments.
