Our 5/16" galvanized wire rope winch line is a durable and reliable option for a wide range of winching applications. Often referred to as galvanized aircraft cable (GAC), this 7x19 construction wire rope is commonly used in the rigging industry and frequently found on winches, offering a balance of strength, flexibility, and corrosion resistance. While it shares similarities with military-spec aircraft cable, it is not mil-spec or aircraft-rated. With an average breaking strength of 9,800 lbs, this winch line is trusted for industrial, utility, and recovery applications.

Available in standard lengths from 50 to 150 feet, our galvanized wire rope winch line is a strong and cost-effective choice for those needing a reliable winching solution with excellent corrosion resistance. Custom lengths can be made upon request, as we are a full-service rigging shop capable of building custom assemblies to meet specific needs.
Due to the custom-built nature of these winch lines and the extensive handling required in fabrication, they are not returnable.
