Product Description

Suncor Jaw & Jaw Turnbuckles – 316-NM Stainless Steel (Open Body)

The Suncor Forged Jaw & Jaw Turnbuckle features an open body design and is manufactured from grade 316-NM stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and long-term durability. Available in sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1-1/2", these turnbuckles are ideal for demanding marine and industrial tensioning applications.

Designed to provide secure, adjustable connections between pinned components, jaw & jaw turnbuckles allow for precise tension control while maintaining positive attachment at both ends. These turnbuckles meet the WLL and dimensional requirements of ASTM F1145-05 (2011), Type 1, Class G, and comply with ASME B30.26-2010, Section 26-2.0 and MIL-DTL-32655.

Key Features:

  • 316-NM stainless steel construction for superior corrosion resistance
  • Drop forged for strength and long service life
  • Jaw & jaw end fittings for secure, pinned connections
  • Open body design allows easy inspection and cleaning
  • Load rated and manufactured to ASTM, ASME, and MIL specifications
  • Available in retail and bulk packaging
Pro Tip: Jaw & jaw turnbuckles are best suited for applications requiring positive pin connections at both ends. Always ensure cotter pins or retaining hardware are properly installed and that the turnbuckle is loaded in-line only.
