It has great safety and comfort features too. For starters, it has a composite shell that is reinforced with fiber, making it stronger and even more impact-resistant than standard plastic hard hats. The 6-point ratcheting suspension is not only easy to adjust, but it has a molded EVA foam insert that helps the hat sit quite comfortably on top of your head. Lastly, the black tabs on the front of the hard hat (one on each side) make the hat easy to grab, even with dirty hands or thick gloves.
