Product Description
Weld-On Lifting Links Designed for Secure, Permanent Installations
The Crosby S-265 Weld-On Pivot Links are forged, quenched, and tempered lifting points engineered for permanent attachment to steel structures. Designed to meet the demands of heavy-duty lifting applications, these links are ideal for use on farm machinery, trucks, steel-hulled marine vessels, and industrial handling equipment. Unlike basic weld-on pads or hooks, these pivot links are rated for overhead lifting and built to handle critical load conditions.
Each S-265 link features a forged bail that pivots 180°, allowing free movement under load, and is mounted to a precision-machined base with excellent welding properties. With working load limits ranging from 2,200 lbs to 26,450 lbs (5:1 design factor), and multiple sizes available, you can match the exact capacity and dimensional needs of your application.
- WLL Range: 2,200 lbs to 26,450 lbs (5:1 design factor); also rated for 4:1 if required
- Available sizes: Five different models with varying load capacities and weld sizes
- Material: Forged steel, quenched and tempered for strength and toughness
- Design: Bail pivots 180° for load alignment and flexibility during lifts
- Welding: Designed to be welded to steel workpieces only — follow AWS welding procedures
- Mounting surface: Must be clean, flush, and free of spacers or contaminants
- Applications: Common in agriculture, marine, utility vehicles, and heavy industry
- Safety factor: 5:1 design factor as standard, 4:1 optional rating
