Product Description

The BUGZ Sight Shield was developed for large particle eye protection in hostile environments like, logging, wildland fire fighting, landscaping and mining. In all these environments either high heat, humidity or dust proves to be very challenging for a normal polycarbonate safety glass. The combined elements in all these endeavors stresses the strongest anti-fog or hard coatings. After a short while, these products all fail.

The BUGZ Sight Shield uses an anatomically designed polycarbonate frame that matches the facial bone structure. In addition, an open cell foam is used to further enhance comfort and seal. To protect the eyes from large particles coming off different tools, the BUGZ Sight Shield employs a high tensile strength, stainless steel wire mesh lens which is sonically welded into the frame. These lenses stop the particles from entering the eyes, but will not fog up, or become so scratched they are unusable. Additionally, the BUGZ Sight Shield uses a soft and comfortable polyester strap to hold the product in place, no matter what position.

Love these screen Googles, they will stay on no matter what and save you from sticks poking you in the eye and won't fog up on you.

These goggles are comfortable and very effective at keeping sawdust out of your eyes. No sweat or condensation to obscure your view.

I've been using these mesh safety goggles to clear trails with a saw during 0-20*F. You can still see quite well through the 30 Mesh. I haven't run into much sawdust cutting in this weather so I don't know if it will successful keep sawdust out of my eyes, but the wire mesh looks like it will keep out 95% of dust. The construction is pretty much glued together. The glue seems solid enough, but I'd recommend you not keep this on the vehicle dash during summer time or directly in front of a heater so the goggles don't heat up too much and mess with the glue.
