Overview: The Justrite 09100 oily waste can provides safe, compliant disposal for oily rags, solvent-soaked cloths, and other flammable waste materials. Featuring a self-closing lid and rugged steel construction, it helps reduce the risk of fires caused by spontaneous combustion or stray sparks in workshops, maintenance facilities, and industrial environments.
Why It’s Safer: The lid opens to no more than 60° and remains closed when not in use, minimizing oxygen exposure and isolating contents from fire sources. Its round body and elevated base promote airflow to disperse heat, reduce moisture buildup, and minimize rust. Finished with a durable, chemical-resistant powder coat for long-lasting performance.
