Product Description
Crosby® IPTK Beam Clamps – Secure and Versatile for Lifting and Rigging
The Crosby® IPTK Series Beam Clamps are designed for lifting, positioning, and securing steel beams, as well as attaching lifting tackle or rigging hardware. This range includes multiple specialized models to suit different lifting and connection needs. All versions feature welded alloy steel bodies with forged components where required, ensuring exceptional strength, compact design, and long service life. Each clamp is individually proof-tested to twice its Working Load Limit (WLL) and includes serialized identification with permanent markings for traceability. Capacities range from 2 to 25 metric tons, with jaw openings from 2.95" to 40.16", making the IPTK series one of the most versatile in the Crosby IP clamp lineup.
Available Models
- IPTK – Standard beam clamp with a fixed hoisting eye for general lifting applications.
- IPTKW – Same as the IPTK but without a hoisting eye, used for securing or connecting tackle directly.
- IPTKU – Features a hinged hoisting eye for improved load alignment during lifting and positioning.
- IPTKUD – Includes both a hinged hoisting eye and a double-locking safety mechanism for added security under load.
All IPTK models meet EN 13155 and ASME B30.20 standards, and each comes with full test certification and maintenance kit options. With rugged performance and a broad capacity range, these clamps are suitable for steel fabrication, plant maintenance, bridge work, and construction lifting operations.
