The HYPER-XII™ is a 12-strand braided rope made from High Modulus Polyethylene (HMPE), offering exceptional strength, superior abrasion resistance, and a high strength-to-weight ratio. With a specific density of 0.975, it is lightweight and floats, making it ideal for marine, towing, dredging, and fishing applications. Comparable to steel wire rope, it delivers breaking strengths ranging from 4,900 lbs (3/16” / 5mm) to 1,270,000 lbs (4” / 96mm) while being easy to handle and resistant to chemicals, UV exposure, and wet conditions. Additionally, we use HYPER-XII™ rope to build high-performance winch lines, providing a durable, flexible, and lightweight alternative to traditional steel cable.
