Product Description

Gunnebo OKE Foundry Hooks with Eye – Grade 100

The Gunnebo OKE Foundry Hook with Eye is a heavy-duty, open-throat hook designed for foundry, rigging, and general lifting applications where quick connection and release are needed. Made from forged alloy steel and precision heat-treated for strength, the OKE combines rugged performance with dependable safety. Its large throat opening allows easy engagement with various lifting points, while the forged eye connection provides a strong, stable attachment to chain or fittings.

Key Features:

  • Compatible with Grade 100 or Grade 80 chain assemblies
  • Forged alloy steel construction for superior durability and long service life
  • Large throat opening for fast, efficient rigging connections
  • Forged eye connection for secure, stable attachment
  • No latch by design — foundry hooks are open style and not intended to be fitted with a latch kit
  • 4:1 Design Factor for dependable performance under rated load
  • Complies with EN 1677:2008 (+25% WLL) and ASTM A952/A952M
Important: Foundry hooks are designed for specific lifting applications and should only be used by trained personnel. Never attempt to retrofit a latch onto a foundry hook. Always verify that the hook, chain, and connection points are properly rated and compatible.
