Block Selection & Application: An 18-panel pocket-size laminated rigging card that folds to 3.25” x 5.50”. Covers specific proper block selection and application information. Some of the topics discussed include D/d ratio, mechanical advantage, parts of line, angle factor multiplier, reeving, bearing selection, snatch block selection, wedge sockets, hook inspection, and proper crane block, overhaul ball, and construction block selection. Definitions and terminology are also included on this rigging card.
