Product Description
Adjust-A-Link™ Grade 100 Chain Slings
The Adjust-A-Link™ Chain Sling is one of the most versatile chain lifting solutions available—giving you the flexibility of both single-leg and double-leg lifting with just one sling. Its innovative master control link features a unique keyhole design that allows the chain legs to be quickly adjusted or repositioned for the lift at hand, making it an indispensable tool for field operations and production environments alike.
How It Works
- Unique keyhole master control link – allows one or both chain legs to be used at a time for true versatility.
- Easy length adjustment – chain can be seated at the base of the master link slot to fine-tune lift height and angle.
- Compact, all-in-one design – replaces multiple traditional chain slings with a single adjustable unit.
- Permanent chain connection – chain cannot be removed from the master control plate, maintaining safety and integrity.
- Alloy steel components – proof tested, serialized, and OSHA-compliant.
- High-visibility yellow fittings – powder-coated to resist rust and make inspections easier.
Why It Exists
Traditional chain slings are built for one purpose—either single-leg or double-leg lifting—meaning operators often need to carry multiple slings to the job. The Adjust-A-Link™ system eliminates that inefficiency. Its patented keyhole master link allows you to reconfigure the same sling in seconds, improving jobsite flexibility and reducing clutter, downtime, and cost.
Working Load Limits (Grade 100)
Chain Size (in.) | Single Leg 90° (lbs) | Double Leg 60° (lbs) | Double Leg 45° (lbs) |
---|---|---|---|
7/32 | 2,700 | 4,700 | 3,800 |
9/32 | 4,300 | 7,400 | 6,000 |
3/8 | 8,800 | 15,200 | 12,400 |
1/2 | 12,000 | 20,800 | 16,300 |
Note: Do not use at angles below 45°. Sling capacity decreases as lift angle decreases.
Available Lengths

- 14 ft
Common Uses
- Construction and rigging applications requiring both single- and double-leg lifting.
- Fabrication shops and equipment service facilities where load configuration changes frequently.
- Maintenance and plant operations that benefit from a “one-sling-does-it-all” approach.
