Thern M492-12 Spur Gear Hand Winch – 10,000 lb Pulling Capacity (12 in Drum)
The Thern M492-12 is a high-capacity spur gear hand winch designed for horizontal pulling applications only. Featuring a 12-inch drum width, it can handle more wire rope storage while providing a maximum pulling capacity of 10,000 lbs.
Key Features
- Load rating: 10,000 lbs – pulling only (not rated for lifting)
- Extra-wide 12 in drum design for increased rope storage
- Dual gear ratios: 5:1 and 25:1
- Drum capacity: up to 850 ft of 5/16", 3/8", or 1/2" wire rope
- Force to pull 1,000 lbs: approx. 8 lbs
- Heavy-duty clear zinc-plated finish
