Product Description
Twin-Path High Performance Synthetic Roundslings (TPXCF)
- Twin-Path® Synthetic Round slings - the ultimate solution for heavy lifting! These slings are revolutionizing the industry by replacing traditional steel rigging with their remarkable features. With Check-Fast® Inspection Overload Indicators, Covermax® Covers for exceptional abrasion resistance, and inner red covers to aid in inspection, Twin-Path® slings offer unparalleled performance and safety.
- Unlike their steel counterparts, Twin-Path® slings weigh only 10% of a steel sling, making them incredibly lightweight and easy to handle. This reduction in weight doesn't compromise their strength, as they are the strongest slings on the market today. Crafted with heavy-duty bulked nylon and featuring a 2-ply, 2-path outer cover, these slings ensure superior abrasion resistance for increased durability.
- Safety is a top priority, which is why our Twin-Path® slings come equipped with overload tell-tails and an optional fiber optic internal inspection system. These features provide real-time feedback on the sling's load capacity, giving riggers the confidence they need for every lift. The red inner cover acts as an early warning safety alert, offering an additional layer of protection.
- Performance and precision go hand in hand with Twin-Path® high-performance round slings. These slings have less than 1% elongation at their rated capacity, ensuring minimal stretching during operation. Moreover, they are repairable, allowing for cost-effective maintenance and extending their lifespan.
- Rest assured that our Twin-Path® slings have undergone rigorous testing. They have been proof-tested to 2x their rated capacity and possess a design factor of 5 to 1, providing an extra level of safety and reliability. Plus, they are proudly made in the USA, guaranteeing superior craftsmanship and quality.
- Independent testing has shown that the K-Spec® core yarn used in our slings is the longest-lasting load-bearing core yarn in any sling. This ensures unmatched durability and longevity, making Twin-Path® slings the smartest choice for your lifting needs.
- If you value productivity, safety, and precision, look no further than Twin-Path® high-performance round slings. With their cutting-edge features and exceptional performance, they are the optimal solution for heavy lifts. Upgrade to the lightest and strongest sling on the market - choose Twin-Path® Synthetic Round slings.
What Size Shackle or Connector Should I Use?
Slings used with fittings shall be compatible with the fittings used. The lifting capacity shall be rated at the lower of the sling or fitting. Fitting openings shall be of the proper shape and size to assure that the sling will seat properly”. In other words, the diameters of most commercially available hardware are sufficient for use with a Twin-Path® sling of equal capacity. For many customers, this could mean upgrading to alloy shackles, or wide body shackles to achieve the Working Load Limit (WLL) required.
