    Product Description

    A New Generation of Lifting Devices
    The manual process of attaching and releasing lifting clamps requires a great deal of time and resources. Automation is the key and that's where Pewag provides the answer! The Pewag Levo Clamp (LC) is the first in a new generation of vertical lifting clamps that are remotely operated. The LC is designed to increase efficiency, improve performance and maximize production while simultaneously minimizing risk. The Levo Clamp allows the safe lifting and lowering of steel plates and similar fabrications, all from a distance, using a remote control. Special software allows the user(s) to configure the LC and also analyze statistical data from prior lifting operations.

    What's Included?
    This standard kit comes with the LC 3 Clamp itself, a remote control, battery and charging station, temperature sensor and data recorder, plus the operator's manual. A lighting module and/or an expanded charging station (allowing simultaneous charging of up to 10 batteries) are also available and may be added at an additional cost.
    • Reduces manpower; loads no longer need to be attached and removed manually
    • Built-in protection against unintentional opening
    • Provides operator support when working at elevated heights or areas that are difficult to access
    • For use in the transportation of steel plates with a maximum hardness of 37 HRC
    • Minimum Working Load Limit (WLL) = 10% of Maximum WLL
    • Withstands temperatures from -20ºC - 60ºC
    • Protected against water and dust (IP 65)
