Product Description
CM Long Reach Bolt-Type Shackles – Secure, Extended-Length Rigging Solutions
CM Long Reach Bolt-Type Shackles offer added reach and secure fastening for critical rigging points that are recessed or otherwise difficult to access. Designed for long-term or high-vibration applications, the bolt, nut, and cotter configuration delivers secure performance in construction, infrastructure, and industrial environments. These shackles are forged from alloy steel, finished in a durable orange powder coat, and proudly made in the USA.
The bolt features a hex head for easy installation with standard tools, and each shackle is clearly marked with its working load limit. Sizes range from 5/8" to 1-3/4", with WLLs from 7,000 to 50,000 lbs. Compliant with ASME B30.26 standards and built with a 5:1 design factor, these shackles are ready for overhead lifting—provided they are properly loaded across the pin and not used in side-loading configurations.
