The Palmer Safety A00004 rebar positioning lanyard is engineered for secure, stable work positioning while tied off to rebar or structural steel. Built with a rugged Grade 80 alloy steel chain and forged hardware, this device is designed specifically for positioning only—never for fall arrest. It must be used alongside a separate fall protection system for full compliance and safety.

This Y-style chain lanyard features a 2-1/4" swivel rebar hook at the anchorage end for reduced twisting, and two 3/4" forged snap hooks at the harness connection points. The durable 0.31" diameter chain links deliver a static strength of 5,000 lbs., and the entire assembly is compliant with ANSI Z359.3-2007 for positioning systems.
