Tuffy™ Type 5 Endless Web Slings – Made in the USA for Demanding Lifts

Tuffy™ synthetic endless slings are proudly made in the USA at ISO 9001:2015 certified facilities and engineered for exceptional strength, durability, and consistency. With their continuous loop design, these slings are especially versatile—ideal for vertical, choker, or basket hitch applications where load balance and multiple lift angles are essential. Whether you're lifting pipe, machinery, or fabricated components, Tuffy™ endless slings offer a lightweight and adaptable solution built to perform.

Each sling features high-strength polyester webbing and is permanently tagged with key inspection and rating details, so you can trust it on any jobsite and comply confidently with ASME B30.9 standards.

Key Features:

  • Made in the USA: Manufactured in ISO-certified facilities for consistent quality and traceable production
  • Endless Loop Design: Inherently stronger than eye-and-eye slings due to continuous webbing construction—provides uniform loading, longer sling life, and allows rotation of wear points for even durability
  • Wide Capacity Range: From short, light-duty options to high-capacity slings built for the heaviest industrial lifts
  • Custom Options: Standard polyester construction with optional nylon material, chemical-resistant coatings, and custom lengths available
  • Heavy-Duty Stitching: Precision-sewn seams ensure strength, flexibility, and long service life
  • Tagged and Compliant: Each sling includes a sewn-in ID tag with load limits, sling specs, and manufacturing traceability—compliant with ASME B30.9 and built with a 5:1 design factor

Standard Sizes & Configurations:

  • Widths: 1" to 12"
  • Ply Options: 1-ply to 4-ply
  • Vertical WLL: Up to 107,520 lbs (strength is determined by size and width)
