SBP Holdings LogoFebruary 1, 2018—Houston, Texas

SBP Holdings is pleased to announce the appointment of Pete Haberbosch as company President. Due to this, he will be replacing Don Fritzinger, who will remain as CEO of the organization. Haberbosch joined the Singer Equities business vertical in 2014 as a Vice President of their Hampton Rubber and Summers Rubber businesses. Later, he was named a Vice President of Business Development for SBP Holdings. Furthermore, in this new role, Haberbosch will continue in the strategic acquisition pipeline development. In addition, he will also continue marketing efforts supporting the organic and acquisition growth of both business verticals. Prior to joining Singer, Haberbosch held a number of management roles for the Gates Corporation and Fenner.

Fritzinger commented “Pete brings a great deal of energy and diverse skill sets from his background in the […] industry over the past 25 years. Pete will help create a dynamic leadership team. This is alongside Sam Petillo, President of Singer Equities, Harold King, President of Bishop Lifting, and Craig Osborne, SPB Holdings Group CFO.”

    Hurricane Harvey Update

To our Customers, Suppliers and Friends,

Bishop Lifting Products and Delta Rigging & Tools have made it through Hurricane Harvey and the Houston, Angleton and Sulphur offices officially reopened for business on Thursday, August 31st. Hurricane Harvey hit Texas harder than expected, impacting millions, displacing hundreds of thousands. We prepared prior to the storm and remained in constant contact with our employees throughout the storm. All of our employees are safe, but many have water damage to their homes and cars, and few have lost everything.

Please contact us in regards to new or existing orders. Normal shipments and orders may take longer due to road conditions, freight delays and facility closures. Our other locations are helping with production to support our customers and utilizing inventory within our groups to minimize supply chain disruptions. Our team will do everything to help you meet your project deadlines.

Our parent company, SBP Holdings, set up a Go Fund Me account for employees affected by the storm. SBP will match employee contributions dollar for dollar over the next 14 days. 100% of contributions will go directly to SBP employees affected by the storm.  If you feel the need to donate, please contribute at: https://www.gofundme.com/sbpblp-employees-flood-relief

Thank you for your patience as our company returns to normal business. Our thoughts and prayers are with those who have been adversely affected.

    Sincerely,

    Harold King
    President
